On 25 January, I convened a meeting of 300 Principals, Assistant
Principals, Religious Education Coordinators and the CEO leadership
team in Western Sydney. It was the first time in the Parramatta
Diocese that Assistant Principals and Religious Education
Coordinators have joined Principals in discussing the system's
strategic direction.
As part of the presentation, I referred to Jim
Collins' "From Good to Great". This is just one of many
models we will be using to develop a strategic framework centred
around the learning agenda. |
