This week's meeting of the system leadership team is a very important one.

We share the compelling conviction that our work in leadership requires us to move beyond merely satisfying the requirements of administrative efficiency. Catholic educational leaders are called to embrace the challenge of uniting, creating and, above all, leading with the highest ethical and moral purpose.

The seven guiding principles that we have already collaboratively identified in Delivering the System's Strategic Intent document provide us with a valuable framework for exploring the ways in which we are embarking on "the art of the possible".

This week we gather to continue our ongoing conversation about our mission, sharing our ideas and experiences, and taking some inspiration from the various contributions to the great educational narrative to which we are all contributing.
